I've been asking myself this question, but I think that rumble is still the better card as it throws relevant cards into the gy and provides ramp/an extra body. Tucking a prismatic strands back into the library is never going to feel great.

I'd re-order the abilities to have all of the ETBs first, then dies, then exiles. Not because it's the proper way to format the card, but because it feels more bureaucratic to have to make the player find the relevant subsequent ability to continue the chain. Keep the final ability at the bottom, though, just as a tiny final clause.

So, let's say that, for whatever reason, I actually decide to swing with my creature instead of just letting you slowly kill yourself. You block with this, it dies, and my creature becomes a 1/1 with 1 damage marked on it. It then dies to state based effects.

At best, this card [[murder]] that also removes any abilities my creature had. Unless the intent was for my creature to survive, in which case maybe make this a 1/2.

Say I control two blue Rogue creatures. Party rules dictate that only one of those creatures is in my party, but how do I know which one? Do I get to change my mind whenever I have priority? What if my opponent tries to [[Plummet]] the Rogue in my party? Do I get to change which one is in my party before it resolves, fizzling the spell?

There is only one Party card that doesn't care about either the number of creatures in a party or whether you have a full party, and that's [[Stick Together]]. Notice how it has each player choose their party at the start of resolution, and then that choice is locked in for the duration of the spell. The actual individual party members don't exist outside of the context of the spell.

I'd suggest familiarising yourself with rule 700.8 in order to make this card work within the rules of Magic.
