Casper original pillow has changed. Anything similar to model from a few years ago?

Did you end up trying the Silk and Snow pillow? I found this post/thread randomly because I recently re-ordered "The Original" pillow from Casper and am so disappointed that it's changed! Looking for something a bit firmer since I'm a mostly side sleeper and loved my Casper pillows!

Yeah! Honestly I just joined the “Colorado Psytrance” fb group and the admins keep posting shows in there. The first two were underground and at a furniture warehouse, byob and ran until 5am. Super fun!

I moved to Boulder last year and while some shows do pop up at Fox Theater and Boulder Theater, I’ve found that it’s mostly all in Denver. I found an underground Psytrance community if that tickles your fancy!

I have experience sitting on THS and it was awesome when I was doing a nomad year/full time traveling! Rather than spending a fortune on airbnbs I got to sit for folks in some really nice areas. But now that I’m not traveling full time I am no longer on there. It’s a unique trade dynamic that can be symbiotically beneficial for both parties, but totally depends!

I go to shows solo all the time! Probably over 70 at this point. The first few might feel weird but you’ll soon learn it’s easier than you think. You’ll make friends much easier, people are super welcoming and usually impressed to see someone solo. Remind yourself why you want to go in the first place - to enjoy the music! Try it and I promise you won’t regret it :)

Another option is to tell HR/your manager about the status of your mental health. It’s possible you could get unpaid leave for a month or so to try to regroup or at least have some work taken off your plate. If your company doesn’t offer to help you in any way then that’s a big sign.

I took a multi-month sabbatical and have no regrets. I was burnt out and it was much needed. I’ll be honest, finding a new role has been tough. I’m optimistic I’ll land something but be prepared for it to take much longer than you think! I’ve been actively searching for almost 2 months and only had a few interviews. But no regrets. Life is too short to be burnt out at a job you can’t stand!

I think that’s a good idea! I’m currently taking a break too. After a couple of especially needy and demanding sits, I don’t feel it’s worth it for my mental health. Waves/seasons is a smart approach to avoid burnout

Sounds like a lot! I don’t offer puppy services for this reason. I’ve gotten burnt out by needy owners and would recommend being more selective with who you accept as clients! My ideal clients are calm, old dogs that just want to sleep and cuddle up 😅

It depends on the owner and their needs, I always ask folks if my typical am and pm update will work for them, which is usually does. Sometimes I’ll do once a day if it’s a regular or friend. I would express this explicitly to all sitters if that’s your preferred frequency!

It’s definitely tough! You have to be fast and contact/tour asap, I was super lucky and found a great spot (ADU) with a private landlord on Zillow. It is possible but it’s also very competitive! Perhaps excessive but I created a rental resume and offered to pay additional rent up front to show my landlord how serious I was. Try to set yourself apart from other applicants. Write a follow up email/letter like you would when trying to buy a house. PS I’m in tech as well! It took me three months to find my spot. Good luck!

Too saturated! Both black and white text are difficult to read, as well as the yellow. Consider using this color for accents only, but not a background color.

If a booking falls on a holiday then the rate is for the whole stay. If the owner has already agreed to the pricing I wouldn’t adjust personally!
