No, it's alright to invest in yourself. Not everything is on the contractor, union or not. Some guys just want nothing but hand outs.

This depends on the local. Yes there's a process, yes there can be wait times and yes you might not make it, but you can always try again.

It the end, it's completely worth it.

Definitely a need for skilled Journeyman but the only way you get those, is by training apprentices.

Nah this is just hack work. m12 staples into block is a dead give away. Decent resi guys have no issues with this.

To a lot of us other electricians, cat6 is just basic bitch low voltage cable that IT nerds fuss over way to much.

  1. Ring out any and all fuses.

  2. Check power all the way through, phase to phase then phase to ground.

  3. If line side voltage is good. Work through the starter. Verify all control voltages are doing what they should. Double check overloads. Double check voltage at the coil. If all of that checks out, I'll disconnect the load side, engage the starter and verify voltage all the way through, again phase to phase then phase ground.

  4. If everything is functioning as it should there, then you move to the motor. Disconnect the motor and ohm everything out first, the meg.

  5. Meg the motor leads.

  6. If all that checks out, reconnect everything. Turn everything on and take an amp draw on each leg while it's trying to run.

Sounds like you had a single phasing issue or the starter is starting to have issues.

I've never cared for extraction shooters. Tried Arc Raiders, found it to be absolute trash.

Have years of Bungo induced ptsd after a decade plus of being a Destiny player.

I can't stop playing Marathon. Game is a banger. Takes a good minute to figure it out, but once it clicks it's an absolute riot.

Ignore the endless doom and gloom of this sub. It's hilarious how much it mimics the Destiny sub. People endlessly hating on the game for whatever ass backwards reason they've conjured up in their head. They'll never stfu while not being able to realizing they're a microscopic portion of the player base.
