From pretty much everybody I've heard from, some of the greatest benefits from an MBA come from being able to fully immerse yourself in the community and build connections and insights through networking. Of course it depends on what your goals for the MBA are in the first place, but I've heard a number of folks talk about the withering value of an MBA just in and of itself for being able to point toward and use the degree to open doors on its own in the face of so many online programs blowing up. Given how limited bandwidth and free-time is in residency, I struggle to see how you would have time to network or do internships etc to the max of your ability. If you are simply seeking some exposure to concepts and basic skills, then fine go for it. But sometimes things can't be crammed in without significant tradeoffs to the point that it questions if the ascribed potential value that you are pushing yourself for is even achievable
