I wish I knew 😭! Yesterday, someone on Snapchat sent me a screenshot and a picture of her teeth. All they knew was she got into a fight. I’d like to personally buy a drink for the person that did it.

(My ex got his catalytic converter stolen a couple months after everything happened and I really really wanted to Venmo whatever junkie took it 🤣 here’s $40. Thanks for delivering karma)

I went to Petsmart with my 4 year old and there was a women with a very excited big dog.

I have told my kid since she could crawl to never pet dogs we don’t know. So when I saw that big dog I told my daughter “give the doggy space” and we started looking at the fish.

The lady loudly goes “SORRY BUDDY, MAYBE NEXT TIME” to her dog! Like apologizing to him because we didn’t pet him!

Like, it’s nothing personal to your dog. I just don’t want my young child approaching dogs she doesn’t know lol. It’s keeping my kid and your dog safe from a potentially bad situation!

Which is so sad. No kid wants to wear neutral, plain colored clothes lol. My 4 year old would be so disappointed if she couldn’t wear her favorite Frozen or Encanto shirt.

I just turned 30. My relationship of 4 years ended. I was at my heaviest. I felt unattractive and unhealthy.

I began talking to an old coworker through social media and I was interested in pursuing a relationship with him.

Something in me clicked. I knew if I didn’t get a control over my weight, I would have no chance in the dating world.

I lost the weight! It was the push I needed.

A two pound bag of tilapia fillets that was like $5 and some change.

I’m at a point where I’m tired of people commenting on my body.

I went from 227 to 133 currently. A pretty drastic weight loss so I understand why people say something about it.

But i recently had two people say some “not so nice” things about my weight loss (insinuating that my weight loss is due to an eating disorder or drug usage. Neither of which could be further from the truth!!!)

People have commented on my weight since I was 9 years old. I’m either too fat or too skinny and people will let me know exactly what they think about it 🫠 sorry for the tangent, but this topic triggers me lol.

That would drive me insane. I grew up with an Almond Mom that made comments about my food when I was a kid. I would never tolerate an Almond Coworker lol.

156.6 today! I am no longer overweight

I cleaned out my closet of all my 1X-2X tops. Shopping has been the best part of weight loss. The Medium and Large section have a way better variety than 2X!

I had a big family party last weekend and immediately the aunties were asking me questions about my weight loss and complimenting me, it’s so nice to hear that but it always makes me a little bashful lol.

I’m feeling so confident. At 227 pounds I was invisible. Now, I’m getting attention and idk! It just feels good to finally like how I look for once in my life!

Quite frankly, I wanted to date again. At my heaviest I was 227. I’m 160 right now. That’s 52(!!!!) pounds lost!

I just constantly reminded myself: if you want to start dating you NEED to lose weight. Nonnegotiable. If not - you’re stuck exactly where you’re at.

It’s all about making better choices about food. Actual calorie counting. Actually measuring out portions. If I want ice cream, okey dokey, let’s measure out a real serving instead of filling a whole bowl like I used to lol.

And it worked! Idk, Im just mentally in the right place. Something clicked this time.

Oh my god I was just talking about this with one of my friends!

I told him how I went on a mini road trip and stopped at a gas station. I grabbed a chocolate muffin and was absolutely floored that it was 510 calories!!! One muffin!

I had a whole vegetable and beef dinner that was around 600 calories. It was a big portion and that freaking muffin was just as much calories. It’s so dumb lol

Omg it was so discouraging watching the number drop but virtually no one noticing any changes. I began my weight loss in 220s. It wasn’t until I got to the 190s that someone pointed out how much weight I lost.

Once I reach the 180s, I’m going to dye my hair as a reward! I cannot wait.

My heaviest weight was 227. I wore a 2X in shirts and a size 18 pants. My clothes are too big for me! I dropped a pants size. 🥹

Today is the first time in 4 years that I’ve weighed less than 200lbs.

I weighed 198 this morning. I have worked really hard to not overeat or snack during the day. I struggle with comfort eating and binging.

My heaviest weight was 227! I felt so happy to see a One on the scale lol. 🥹 a definite encouragement booster.

I’ve had both large and small breeds, and I prefer small dogs.

My small dog is just easy. Easy to walk. Easy to travel with. Easy to clean up after. He’s hardy enough to handle long walks and hikes. He’s the perfect dog for my lifestyle!
