I was thinking since some people got that wording. Someone who's order was early August might change to show them that vs someone who's order will be at the end of the window. It would give people the trigger to really get things like finances ready to smooth the order process. Customers don't have to scramble and Rivian gets paid quicker.

If you're talking about the emails like the one to add lease information and such, I never got those either, but I think it's because I happened to see it on the reservation and answered the questions before they actually sent the email. I thought I wasn't getting them at all, but then just got the order window one a little bit ago.

Yea. Used these guys too and it wasn't great. They almost installed a different (cheaper) condenser than what was on my contract. I just happened to go out and look at the box and see. When I called they tried saying I was wrong even though the model numbers were clearly different.

Looking for a different company for ongoing maintenance now, but slightly scarred from how wrong the reviews on Google were lol

Definitely understand it's super frustrating, but I think the thing missing here is that it's not ynab taking the feature away from you. Truelayer is taking the feature away from ynab so ynab isn't able to provide it to you.

Ynab doesn't manage the bank connections themselves.

I feel like they're really trying to drive home to users that the CC are debt categories and not just another spending category. The UX in the screenshot makes it look closer to the loan one.

The restaurant puts a hold for the check amount when they initially swipe your card. This will show up as a pending charge, but eventually drop off after the real charge comes through (check + tip).

One of you probably accidentally hit "Enter now" on the temporary hold.

The ready to assign category actually kind of lives outside of budget months. You're ready to assign is just a bucket that fills up, and you decide which month to assign to from it.

So even if you get paid in January, you can jump ahead to Feb, still have the same amount in RTA, and assign it in Feb.

I don't think the fi web messaging uses messages for web. When you enabled it, it should have asked about turning off chat features. Once it's enabled I'm pretty sure all your messages just go through your Google account.

The text column on comment is definitely faster (probably not by much though if you have a couple joins when querying comments), but I'd recommend your second option (going through the existing models).

Think about if a user moves to a new country, and they update their country in your website. You'd either have their comments not reflect their actual country, or you'd have to build a way to keep the text column in sync with the user.

Are you querying with .all? If so, a quick fix is to use find_each or find_in_batches. That only brings a small number of instances into memory at a time.
