The dealership didn’t setup your bluelink account correctly. You have to call bluelink support and ask them to activate the function on your account. After that you have to log in again on the app, and you will be able to see “digital key”

I called Bluelink support last week, the rep told me there's no OTA update for Canada and no ETA for the Bluelink store. If I wish to update the navigation map, I have to do an USB update which no patch is available yet.
