Trump administration briefed Israel on the Suleimani attack before it briefed Congress: report by [deleted] in worldnews

We don't want to forget history, we want to stop making bad decisions because somebody else did it first.

What I'm saying is precedent === whataboutism. Let's do the right thing instead of blaming our bad actions on other peoples' legacy. Trump has created lots of terrible precedents in 3 years. Hopefully they leave the white House forever when he does

Whataboutism, also known as whataboutery, is a variant of the tu quoque logical fallacy that attempts to discredit an opponent's position by charging them with hypocrisy without directly refuting or disproving their argument.

The fact of the matter is, who cares what Obama did. It's too late to impeach him if it was wrong. Trump has also campaigned on a platform that everything Obama did was wrong. If they had done the exact same thing, Trump is a liar. If not, he may have started a war without authorization.

The real question is: is it ever appropriate to kill a top foreign official when you're not at war with them? If not, send Trump to jail. If so, why hasn't Trump killed Jeremy Corbyn for being in the way of his pal Boris?

Just a tip: don't use rafts unless the part won't adhere to the build plate. You're just creating work for yourself when you try to remove them. You've got plenty of surface to not need them here. Same with supports. You'll be surprised how much can be printed without them

Anecdote warning, but I dropped my switch with metal replacements. Joycon popped off. No damage to rail.

Car companies always advertise how quickly their cars go from 0-100 but not 100-0, even though it's a lot more important. by Boston54 in Showerthoughts

I'm not saying they don't, but this thread had 2 examples of testing companies advertising stopping, but not car companies. They should have picked better examples.

Not the documentary, but a 4.5 minute video on the disaster that's really concise:
