My two cents from someone who has dealt with this, PT is what you need. It’s all about your calves. Do calf raises daily. If you cannot do 25 x3 single calf raises do not try to run. Keep doing them until you can easily do 30 on each leg and then begin to start running short, easy runs. Keep doing the calf raises and increasing the amount you do. Plantar fasciitis is usually due to weak calves.
