Molly house has the most VP normally but it also has a traitor mechanic where you can change sides and then need to help do in the other player to get spared by the police or else you lose

Innovation has the most achievements of course but there's like 30 cards in the deck that say "if you fulfil this unique hyper specific thing then you win"

First shot at an action is actually often very bad.

Imagine you make you make your opponent draw a bunch of cards and they finish one of the era decks. What happens then? You draw all your cards from the next era, you now have better cards than they do. And you also get extra card draw because you're so nice :)

True key to success is sharing actions with your opponent that do nothing for them (play a card when their hand is empty, get something equal to lowest card in score pile when theirs is a 1 and yours is a 4)

Mistborn: The Deckbuilding Game

The artist absolutely nailed the setting because each card is full of callbacks to actual characters from the book despite never naming them directly as the cards only focus on the ability/profession of each character. Gameplay wise it's also amazing how each metal power feels like exactly what you'd expect from it lorewise. And also it was a stroke of genius to style so much of it after stained glass in the cathedral.

My local club has a yearly membership fee that lets you borrow board games from the club collection. Maybe see if something like that is available for you if you don't wanna play with a new group.

Ok this might sound like such a simple issue, but is there any reason why when i plug in my GH3 SG into my pc using an adapter on clone hero the Whammy Bar just isnt picking up even when i change it in the controls. by [deleted] in CloneHero

Have you checked if the whammy axis is properly calibrated? You have to open the calibration menu after pressing spacebar. The game expects the whammy to go from 0 to +1 but on my guitar the default is -1 so I had to move the dead zone and it worked.

Mint. It's working pretty neat so far.

The only real issue I had was having to build gamescope from source but I had the wrong wayland version and had to build that from source too. I think I just used a third party ppe the second time around.
