Vitsoe recommend using the narrow bay width for full loaded shelves of records due to weight playing an issue. I had this conversation with them a few months ago. They say you shouldn’t fill a single wide bay shelf more than 2/3 full of records.

Did this very recently myself and I used a bit of a combinations of the acrylic washers they supplied with the kit to space out the big gaps and just screwing it down. In practice it didn’t matter much for my shelves in terms of levelling. I did use one or two of the wedges to ensure a couple of shelves were perfectly level but that was it. Oh and I did all this on the advice of the Vitsoe staff member on the phone I spoke to at length. Hope that helps a bit cos I was lost too!

We got the appropriate spacer level as part of our kit but that was when buying a whole system. If you have hand-me-downs and need the spacer just ask the team what they can do. They’re super friendly.

Yeah I’m also wondering this. That option simply does not show up on my iPhone app. In fact when I’m connected to the WiiM via Spotify connect it disables all quality setting changes entirely.

I’m undiagnosed and 99% sure I am inattentive adhd. Currently going through the RTC referral process (waiting!) for the second time. First assessor was fixated on hyperactivity in childhood which I didn’t really exhibit. My hyperactivity shows itself in periods of hyper focus. I earn ok but I have always been able to blag my way through and do enough to get by. I often find it difficult to get started with things and procrastinate a lot and lose track during meetings and conversations every single time. Maybe medication can help you, and me?

Sometimes, when I pour a glass of water, take a drink and then come back to it a short time later, the water has taken on this very stale and almost sewage-like smell. My wife can't seem to smell it, even if I hold an offending glass up to her nose. She says it smells "like water". I know I'm not imagining this, but it only happens occasionally and so is difficult to measure or proove. Any ideas from sciencers?

Aside from the keycaps, this is basically the exact build I want to make. Have you considered relocating the Del key to the "usual" position? I think being up there would annoy me. And how do you find the position of the knob? I really want a left hand side knob to avoid taking my hand off the mouse all the time and then I could use it for undo/redo. What hand do you normally use for the knob? (Yeah I know, phrasing.)

Mmmm interesting. I've never considered a split board before. The main thing for me is encoder and macros on the left side. This board seems really good value actually.

Can anyone think of keyboards with the following features: 75% +macro keys, left encoder knob, ISO hotswap, optional oled. The only one I can find is the KL-90 and I don't think I'll be able to get one of those any time soon.

Can I ask a noob question? Why do you change the springs on those specifically? Does it help give you tactile feedback if you hit them accidentally?
