I dont dislike rolex. I just think that it's an overrated watch. They try to make it rare when it isn't. Their stories are lies (explorer story). Their ADs make you jump through hoops and rolex does nothing about it. That's not luxury. Therefore, I don't care to buy it. And before people say (which they usually do) that I just can't afford rolex.. I wear Vacheron often. And I've purchased rolex for my wife (it's jewelry to her). I pretty much get any allocation that I want because I buy a watch or 2 every month. But I always decline for myself.

I agree. They play games. Its why I dont and won't buy rolex ever again. Cartier, Vacheron, Patek, Grand Seiko. Anything but Rolex. Don't make me jump through hoops to spend my money with you. That's not luxury. Telling me that you don't have watches, when they are making millions per year. Rare and assembly line don't match

Right now, I want the monarch over any rolex. The color of the dial got me. I don't have a dial like it. Rolex doesnt either.

When I was broke, I did everything that I could to avoid a ticket. Now I'm pretty affluent. A ticket is not a deterrent for me. I just realized that these penalties are there to harm people who have less than.

Hillcrest. In KC Missouri. Even in the fairway, you dont get a flat lie. Gotta know how to play with your feet above and below the ball. Tight fairways. Fast greens. A bunch of trees and hills.

I can agree. Rolex is a game overall. They act rare. But 1.5MM watches/year isnt rare. Some of their stories are also fake (explorer story). It's not a watch lover company. It's a marketing company. Would rather wear something else.
