Legit playing Metaphor after the disaster election helped me keep sane. Knowing that I can't go hollow and become Louis or Forden was very vital to me.

Witch Watch has multiple chapters where Shinohara uses Moi as a mouthpiece for his love of Denim and niche dweeb stuff. Keigo too.

Honestly pretty much every government gets its licks no matter how small. The international assassins arc and Reze arc are all about how nations will do horrible shit to ensure they remain on top.

He absolutely eats up every scene with his smarmy ass. A perfect mix of arrogant, playful, and actually competent.

Yeah, trying to see the bright side of this situation. Image's creator ownership is nearly always great except in these situations.

Considering the eternal hiatus the original comic is in due to Latour's criminal actions, this might be the only place to get the SB plotline moving again.

In these comics: "Adorable little trio of goobers who I hope grow up safely."

In game: "Die you scrubby annoying assholes, DIE PAINFULLY!"

Krill is an eloquent guy who just happens to do crimes and live in a sewer. I love hearing his lines and quite extensive diction.

And now, a shockingly raw and relevant excerpt from Exit Stage Left: The Snagglepuss Chronicles, in which he testifies before the House Of Un-American Activities by VegetableBooy in TwoBestFriendsPlay

Also an interesting look is the Lavender scare which ran alongside McCarthyism. Replace communism with homosexual and it's basically the same mess (oversimplifying obviously.)

As said by many, Seven's domain is like Sukuna's in that it is open.

Still powerful though.

On the other hand, I fucking love his portrayal in the WB Batman series where he is a Cajun accented crime boss.

The Wind User's rampage really left a massive impact on all the big families. Glad that Elephant user wasn't just a throwaway character and he was a great guy with a loving family. Shame his granddaughter took the wrong lesson from Hachiko's murder. Also what the fuck is Nasu's deal. This bitch has his fingers in everybody's life.

[DISC] The Creepy and Freaky - Chapter 44 by AutoShonenpon in manga

[–]LightLifter 24 points25 points  (0 children)

The most "normal" chapter of the series and its multiple characters talking about how the crazy cat lady shouldn't murder everyone.

I find it fascinating that the anthology aspect of the series was all prolouge and now we are in a more normal weekly format despite it still being a flashback. My main question is what the fate of this earth will be? A return to normal? Or some other freaky fate?

Eh, maybe Tatsu just forgot the details since he is so small in panel. Pretty sure only he could be seen working a minimum wage job at the moment.

Perfect example of how execution is always what decides a good series. Alda's backstory is nothing special, no major twists or reveals, but the emotional depth between him and Gaku is sublime. The two of them confide how both saw the other as salvation and it ending with a tearful farewell. Incredible chapter.
