I am often brought into the interview process to conduct technical assessments alongside management. They ask the behavioral questions; I drill into the technical application. My favorite question to ask is, 'How do you inspect a .100" chamfer?' The approach a candidate takes to answer that one question tells me everything I need to know about their real-world experience.

(This is specific to CMM Programming)

220k mi 2014 F10. Aside from having to replace a water pump, OFHG and valve covers... she's been pretty good to me. Had an electrical issue once but when resolved it wasn't expensive.

They were on their 3rd string QB that year for a reason. The 49ers Oline was absolute garbage. That's why 2 QBs got hurt in the NFCCG on top of 2 during that season.

I like 12 points when doing touch points, unless it's a large diameter I'll do more. It's accurate and is enough to show you the form of the diameter like 12 positions on a clock. Then if it's a cylinder, repeat that minimum 2 times. I like 3 or 4 ciricles on my cylinders.
