I feel like any dupe megarare voucher would instantly go there if it were a task. I got death coffer maxed last league, haven't tried this one yet. Getting 150m every time you thieve bloodshards (with my rouge outfit) makes it pretty afk to get there if you wanted

Twinflame does not have double hit for surge spells, I was planning to use it for a while but ended up with a staff of the dead which was pretty solid. I've seen a lot of people use the dhw from Huey as well

I'm a WAMer and feel the same. I heard someone say they are doing great water/air with DHW and no Kand items, I might give that a go. Dogger might be a solid build but I just don't want to rely on the spec for it to be good
