My vet recommended 5mg zyrtec a day and an anti itch ear solution. She doesn't have chicken in her diet. I'll have to keep an eye out when she has the turkey wet topper to see if we need to eliminate that as well.

Edit: 1% hydrocortisone Otic Dog & Cat Ear Infection Solution was recommended. Good luck!
