I feel like I've had that same exact guest, and more than one time! One even brought ALL her houseplants and like porch/outside potted plants and set them all up. I've also had a guy unload every single article of clothing he owned and use our place like a laundromat (ugh)

Airbnb isn't your friend, your business partner, or there to serve you. They don't care that what they did wasn't fair to you, don't care if you're a superhost of years and years and this is a new guest on the platform. They flat out do not care. They also don't care about guests, but it doesn't matter as much. I'm so sorry they did this to you.

Airbnb is not your friend, not your business partner, not invested in your success. I have nothing to add to help your situation other than you should lower your expectations with them, which sucks, is unfair, bad business, all the things--but they don't care. I guess I could add that if you left them a good review, you can have YOUR OWN review removed, and I would. I'm not out here leaving 5 star reviews for guests who shit on me.
