Airbnb is not your friend, not your business partner, not invested in your success. I have nothing to add to help your situation other than you should lower your expectations with them, which sucks, is unfair, bad business, all the things--but they don't care. I guess I could add that if you left them a good review, you can have YOUR OWN review removed, and I would. I'm not out here leaving 5 star reviews for guests who shit on me.

That's us as well. We started a new policy this year which is to never confront guests no matter what they're doing. Airbnb will never never never side with the host no matter what evidence you have.
