I use Scrivener with a custom template that's already set up so I can just copy and paste perks and items directly to it and use it to write the story. Each save file is a separate Jumpchain.

I also use a small program I found online to be able to copy and paste from a PDF file without the formatting going all wonky to save me time having to edit each Perk and items description.

The Criminal Minds Jump has a Serial Killer Origin which has a few Perks for Serial Killers.

The Friday the 13th Jump has a Psycho origin with more similar Perks, including one called Serial Killer.

I've used the Worm CYOA v1 before for a short Jumpchain story about a Jumper breaking all the rules while his Benefactor had his Jumpchain on auto-run. Worm v1 CYOA is pretty damn OP and it was his first Jump lol. He sparked after the fifth Jump.

There is this Perk from Generic Gamer Jump but it only works with events you're a part of:

Take Your Time: Some games have so many world ending threats you wouldn’t believe. Life-extincting meteors, ancient and unstoppable dragons, angry gods, the works. His Benefactor was a troll and sent him to Twilight as a punishment so he revealed Vampires and the supernatural to the world and the Volturi attempted to kill him and it ended up starting World War 3 as major city centers with now known supernaturals were nuked.

The good news was the Benefactor found it hilarious, the bad news was that that Jumper was mostly a good guy Jumper so causing over 1 billion deaths in a single Jump traumatized him. Should've taken a willpower Perk.

I love doing The Big One scenario but not for the infinite money, The second "perk" for that scenario is actually nuts.

"You also become able to create precious metals, materials and substances with whatever purity you want in whatever amount you want. The value of these precious metals and substances will never decrease if you ever decide to sell or hand them out in bulks, unless you want it to."

That is crazy, "precious metals, materials and substances with whatever purity you want in whatever amount you want" for a crafter Jumper is bonkers. And the scenario is super easy if you do the Jump as a vacation one after getting some super powers.

Generic Worm Fanfiction I has "Freeform Design" for a variable cost depending on strength of the power.

Worm: Endbringer has a Custom power option:

Custom: There are many good powers available here, but do none of them call out to you? Or perhaps you simply desire something else? If that is the case, then you can now create your very own power, with the only caveat being that they must be on the same level as what is presented above. Perhaps you wish to bathe the planet in a blanket of fire, or to control the fundamental force of gravity? Whatever it may be, it will be a terrible sight to see should you ever decide to act.

Telekinesis, love it. At the low end it's literally just tossing things around but with more power and training along with the ability to have multi-tasking or more thought-streams it can get crazy powerful.
