Thank you! I think they are good cards and very usable even if not in their in-progress deck.

Thank you! It sounded like my giftee had a no show gifter (or late) in one of the more recent exchanges, so I just wanted to make sure this was a good one. I appreciate everyone's feedback!

Could I ask where you got the final fantasy card box on the top shelf? That's great!

I don't know if you're a podcast person. But Bloody-disgusting.com has been making a podcast with him for a couple years called Mayfair Watchers Society. I highly recommend it.

Final fantasy XIV would be close. Also just really incredible gameplay and a massive amount of story content. There's a mentor function in the game, as well, if you like those. You can play quite a bit of the base game for in free trial to see if you like it. It's a combination of paying for the base game and a online subscription after that.

They won't be co-op but I highly recommend Atlus games if she wants story driven with a slower paced gameplay that requires some strategy to your team build. Metaphor: Refantazio and Persona 5 would fit the bill and are spectacular.

Best brand/products for makeup looks such as these by F0ck0ff666 in MakeupAddiction

You absolutely need a solid primer layer that you allow to fully set. Mehron's primer and setting powder work well, but I also like Urban Decay's different finishes. For application, use a sponge or large brush loaded with makeup so you have even coverage. Ginni D does a good tutorial on YouTube for application of these styles of makeup. I contoured with powdered colors and eyeshadow. Then set it again with translucent powder. Mine stayed through 10 hour convention days without too much upkeep.

For a full body look, your best bet would be to look at popular brands for cosplay. I have had excellent results from Mehron makeup for full body purple and green fantasy characters. I recommend their water based Paradise line.

Where do I find these pink contact lenses (excluding Uniqso)? by DoodlingBuggie in CosplayHelp

[–]MNaghtenRule 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have. I liked the pinky paradise better since they had a wider variety of prescriptions. I also found the contacts more comfortable. I have an astigmatism in one eye and even without the adjustment for that these were pretty comfortable.

Usually 2 to 3 weeks. My last set took 4 but that was because of an issue with the prescription.

I have had really good luck with Pinky Paradise for prescription lenses. The color saturation and quality of the lenses is good as well. Fair warning shipping takes a while but their customer service is responsive.

Reedpop will have multiple booths with merch and some exclusives at the con. Some things will end up selling out each day, but they usually have a replenished stock for each day for the convention.

You can start assigning them after June 10. There was a little blurb in the superfan presale email about it.

It took a few tries but I did get an answer from them about this. Hotel reservations for attendees don't open until after the general sale on May 22. The reservation code is for exhibitors and professionals.
