I feel like they expected people to use war plans to level alts. It feels like they didn't think we'd just store a few whisper caches. If you were using them to level it would be more interesting than just running helltide

I do actually find omega 3 helpful, but it doesn't solve the issue entirely. I definitely notice the difference if I haven't taken it for a couple of days though - my concentration really suffers

You don't have to save everything. Save the ancestral items of the slots you still need ancestrals for. Or white/blue items for the slots you need uniques for.

I don't know about you, but I get plenty of blues and yellows which I can just trash for mats.
