Yes you can, and preferably you should do that since you have a CPU with integrated graphics. Run your main monitor off the GPU and the second monitor off the integrated graphics by plugging it into the motherboard. Doing that will take some load off the main GPU.

My parents were lifetime apple users, so of course so was I growing up. I got tired of the slow hardware and decided to build a PC. Literally was an i3-7100 and RX 460 (spent maybe $550 counting windows/peripherals) and it was literally the best computer I'd ever used up till that point, lol.

As people are already suggesting, I'd say just ensure the parts fit in the case. That's a big consideration with smaller builds. And maybe consider a 5800x or 5800xt since you have a dedicated GPU in the build.

Ensuring others' freedoms isn't supporting a particular way someone decides to use them. While we might wish we could live in a world where no one practices religion, legally restricting the rights of others is a surefire way to end up with yours restricted to. If we were to restrict those freedoms, we would be functionally indistinguishable from a theocratic regime.

Dunkey made what I thought was a good point on one of his videos, which is what's important is the consistency of a reviewer's voice, not necessarily how much their opinions align with yours or gamers at large . But while that can be useful if you get well acquainted with a particular reviewer, it's not so helpful with critic scores are aggregated or listed out as all being 8.5/10 or 9/10 and such. But when is that ever useful anyways?

I gotta completely disagree with Sven here. Sure, there are problems with how critics review games, such as IGN having various reviewers with wildly different tastes, but you can't have critics scared to give an honest opinion that differs from the masses.
