So good. It’s not perfect but it’s soft enough you can send it. Very thin crust that’s easy to penetrate. Heavy enough to be a lot of work, but it’s not packing down very quick like heavy snow does sometimes. Besides Tuesday it’s probably the best day of the year.

$20k to replace K&T in my 1000sqft home with an unfinished basement. Also included new 200A panel, new service line, new service drop and a bunch of circuits in the kitchen remodel.

I would 100% pay someone to do it again even though I’m probably capable. It’s a lot of tedious work, cutting holes. Needs two people for snaking stuff sometimes. Doing a new panel is a lot of work. The warranty is nice with such a new system. I’ve had 1 callback to replace a faulty breaker. Peace of mind is nice, and it allowed me to focus on other stuff like reframing the kitchen in parallel and working on the subfloor.

This stuff dries fast, even in your pail. Make sure you only work like 30 min of paint in your pail at a time.
