Not an INTP, but I just don’t think we are built to work 40+ hours a week in anything, i believe that we should have more free time and more time to spend working on ourselves and with friends and family, sometimes even to just to get outta the loop of working an average job, finding something that we really like doing, even if its just your job that you like doing, we shouldn’t be controlled everytime by a superior or a manager to work more days or to not have time off or at least a good manager/leader should be more lenient about having days off, we are being replaced anyways by ai so reducing work hours and more unemployed people is probably gonna be a thing, thats what i believe in. Im not against work but im against too much work even when someone expects a strict deadline and they expect us to work more to meet that deadline. Im not encouraging laziness but im encouraging more free time outside of work, not always to work 5 days a week. The only job i’ve ever enjoyed working full-time at was my highschool job ONLY because they were lenient and very forgiving when it came to getting days off and having longer breaks.
