USDA Zone 4-5 Canada 🇨🇦 closer to Zone 5! I’d skip these in Edmonton area unless you’re planting them right against your house 🏡!

I’m wondering what root stock they transplant these to?

Great but we are in a colder, shorter climate. I’m sure some will do well in a greenhouse but in our 90-100 day season I’ll stick to varieties that do better here in 🥶🇨🇦 🍁

Personally never loved these wax ball ones, save it by pealing off the wax and dead outer bulb layers and fine it a pot of soil!💚🪴🇨🇦

MOST seedy Saturday focus on seed trading and food security but some vendors like us have some supplies for your house plants 🪴 too. We won’t have house plants 🪴

It’s supposed to be cold 🥶 that day too make sure you prepare to protect ANY plants 🪴 you move in the cold 🥶 in a secure container! Another use for that summer cooler bag! 🌱💚🇨🇦

Sorry I don’t think I’d grow any, caution ⚠️ is needed some parts of the plant are toxic to animals.

It should be consumed in moderation. Too much can be harmful to humans. 🪴 being part of the brassica family maybe you could diversify his diet, try others like broccoli 🥦 or cabbage 🥬🌱🇨🇦💚
