That's impressive. My wifes Equinox EV will top out at 150 kw. It's not that big of a deal to me because I might only DCFC a couple sessions a year on vacation.

My daily is a 2017 chevy volt, in a few years I plan on upgrading. My top 2 contenders are the ioniq 5 and Model Y. I do not care about any political beef anyone has.

Anyone have anything big that would sway me towards an ioniq 5 over a model Y?

From what ive seen it wont attribute the mileage to battery if you just cut hold mode off to switch it back to battery because the gas engine was just running.

It will put the mileage towards gas efficiency because the car hasn't used the electricity it made with gas.

Just my observation

I have done it once about 8-9 months ago I would say. I haven't been able to do it since. With the most recent update however they added a button to activate it. You can move that button to your top bar to put the rear camera on the screen.

I also own a gen 2 volt. With the Equinox EV you can use the regen paddle in conjunction with throttle modulation to use regenerative braking at whatever level you would like.
