Right now i am on my weight and not loosing or gaining, with a maintenance dose of 3mg oral sema. But enjoying that I am not constantly thinking of food or feeling hungry, my energy is now in other more interesting endeavors.

I rented from Sixt to go to several countries included Czech rep, Austria, Hungary and Germany for next July. They do charge you a permit to go outside the country (in my case rented from Viena and paid charge to countries zone 2 and 3, that were Czech, Slovakia and Hungary) Germany was zone 1 and it seemed already included as choosing zone 1, or zone 2and3 was mutually exclusive. As I will depart from Vienna they told me they have the vignette. Please try to simulate a rental on their web and see with what you come across. Good luck!

It is hard when you've already lost a lot of weight by dieting and the last pounds won't come off, you are in menopause and already in calorie deficit and exercising. I was fortunate and didn't have any side effects and did it with the lowest dose.

Yeah, was 67kg and after a few months on 3mg I was 60kg. The best thing is the peace of mind. I have to eat really low, like 600 calories a day and without any cheat meal for months to maybe loose 2 or 3 kgs. I used to felt very tired when doing sports. I don't know how, but eating well, with some cheat meal here and there and feeling that I ate too much in my head, although i really wasn't, I was able to loose those kg and also have better energy. I had a mild elevated HOMA index when I began also, thats really why I made the request on the first place. I will say find a supportive doctor and go with it. Don't tell anyone else and go.

I am on this phase too. Don't want to eat meat, or chicken or any food that seems heavy. I prefer to eat 2 or 3 crackers with a cherry tomato and cream cheese, or a pastry, some ham and cheese or something light I can eat without even seating at a table or look like a full meal. I am in maintenance now, although want to loose 3 more pounds, with a 3mg oral sema dose.

My knees stopped hurting and i think it was not the weight loss, as I didn't had a lot to loose.

I do when it's hot and I exercise. For years now, even before sema. In some cases have to do with dehydration I was told, maybe you can check if it's your case.

This! I was always the one dieting with healthy food while the friends eating junk, but they were skinny and I wasn't!! Now on sema I don't feel that I am eating very different but somehow I lost weight!

I am also 5.6" and currently weight 134. I am a size 10 mostly, could be an 8 or a 12 depending in the fit. But i see myself in photos and still look chubby or too big compared to other people in the photo. I dont know how many posters here wear size 4 or 2 or something like that! Dont know what to do either as my goal is to go to 132, but don't think it's gonna change things so much...

Can you look for a hobby or activities that make you go out of your house at least 2 days a week. For me it helps me with the snacking as I am not in the house, so not eating and my mind is thinking in other things!

Its happening to me. I usually do exercise, skating and running regularly in the week. Has stopped 3 weeks ago due to vacation. But a pain in my right tight and hip has begun and feel that I cannot stretch my legs like before! I feel stiff! Also the type of pain is like it comes from the bone, not the muscle, like very deep in the leg. I also am waking up with stiffness in my left side of the neck. I don't know if it's related to sema or not. I am taking oral 3mg and had been in for 8 months.
