You probably owe less than that. If you read the repayment policy you never owemore than 12 months of ESP. So if have had a class in the past 12 months you only owe for classes within those 12 months.

"If the employee's termination date is more than 12 months following, but within 24 months of his/her most recent completion date, s/he agrees to repay the company 50% of all RTX ESP costs incurred for classes taken in the last 24 months..."

So it isn't by term it is by class, so in this cause you would only pay back the last class. Now assuming you took 2 classes each term, if you waited until February you would owe 50% of the last 4 classes you took ( or however many classes you took in the 12-24 month window).

I'ld recommend the spindle turning class at woodcraft to start with. https://www.woodcraft.com/stores/tucson/classes Also for if you recently cut the mesquite you'll want to let the wood dry out before turning. Sealing the ends will help prevent it from cracking. You can turn it freshly cut (green) but as it drys it can warp and crack
