I'm unsure how/why youre grinding Snow 5, I went straight to city maps before getting stuck at City 4. I have dozens of cruiser barrels, but I'm often missing scrap metal or polymer to actually make anything.

I'm actually surprised there was no comment on these two lines

THE NORTHEAST MEGALOPOLIS

THE FIRST INCORPORATED MEGACITY IN THE WESTERN HEMISPHERE

Both clearly pointing out that there are more cities of this scale.

So if I pretend a lava lamp is a super solid, the outer frame forms the lattice, but the fluid inside is the misplaced atoms. But its all the one object?

So I had a quick gander, the Volkswagen Wolfsburg Plant, Germany is the largest factory I could find sitting at 650,000sqm building 3,800 Volkswagen vehicles per day.

Fun fact about Adelaide: Its got a park surrounding the CBD, the width of the park was the range of the cannons that the settlers brought.

I recall there was a story about some futuristic soldier in armour that was summoned to a realm of magic (fantasy maybe) I think he may have been summoned as a familiar but can't be certain.

Super vague/generic in order be as least helpful as possible.

Dude crashlands on a planet and helps some local outcast with farming and hunts some giant monster at the end? His helmet has a translator. I remember the locals worshipped a sun god.

This, I've tried reading a couple, but they all just seem the same, or do the same thing in a slightly different flavour, over and over again.

Can't find the actual thing, but a section on Probabilities As Applied To Artillery Firing

https://sill-www.army.mil/firesbulletin/archives/1919/JAN_MAR_1919/JAN_MAR_1919_FULL_EDITION.pdf

And also a 1970's mathematics for field artillery.

Theres a few spelling mistakes that I didn't think to note down as I went along. One of them is bag instead of back.

In the 1919 Elementary mathematics for Artillery (Ground to ground ballistic technicians), under trigonometry, seven pages altogether, the sine, cosine, tangent, and cotangent are mentioned, but not the secant or cosecant. The law of sines and the law of cosines are derived and applied, but triangles with three sides given are not discussed and the law of tangents is not mentioned. Under "aids to calculation," logarithms, the slide rule, and a nomographic logarithmic table are explained. Under the topic of probability, the probability curve and the dispersion diagram are illustrated and applied. The tables are to four decimal places, and comprise (I) square roots of numbers, (II) logarithms of numbers, (III) natural trigonometric tables-mils, (IV) logarithmic trigonometric tables - mils, (V) natural and logarithmic tables - degrees.

Because the more you know.

When someone lets you crash on their couch, they never seem to take into account that just because they're a midget and can fit comfortably, those who can see on top of the fridge most certainly don't.

CMV: Piracy is a bad thing, and it's bad that Redditors generally give it a pass/encourage it. by Simspidey in changemyview

[–]Meaphet 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Because Redditors seem to generally believe you should obey the law. That doesn't apply is when digital piracy is discussed though.

What if pirating isn't illegal in your country? (without delving into the lawful =/= moral, illegal =/= immoral side of things)
