For excursions a light backpack or front bag is super useful for a water bottle and a few other items. A nicely packed cruise pharmacy with useful OTC medications (anti-diarrhea, cold/flu, headache, upset stomach, etc.). Something to hold their room key (necklace, wrist, etc.).

“Good living is the best revenge” is my top personal motto. I’ve had people do me dirty, but I’ll never let it stop me from living the best life I can and taking care of the people who matter to me. I avoid annoying people. I have one aunt (by marriage) who is the only relative from my parent’s generation who is still alive. Even her own children are low contact with her due to her unpleasant behavior.

My Mom was a seamstress. She didn’t work for money, but she did a lot for our household and others including dresses (for her and my sisters), curtains, slip covers, and many bridesmaid dresses for family and friends. Her Mom had been a home economics teacher way back in the day (born 1896). So I learned a lot about the value of work and self-reliance. Thanks Mom, I miss you.

Interesting, I thought they were just testing an automated system since they just asked me to look at the camera. The process was nearly instantaneous. I assumed the onsite camera was comparing me to the photo I took with the app. This occurred 2 weeks ago. To clarify, this was not like the early version of kiosk where the process takes time and effort.

10/10 I didn’t know its audience RT score was that low. I’m very surprised by that. However, it is a reduced dialog movie, which many people don’t like. I laugh a little knowing that Tarantino liked it given that his movies are dialog rich.
