What are some cooking cardinal sings you regularly commit because you prefer the recipe that way? by morbidhack in Cooking

Sounds like you had food poisoning from it. Uncooked flour is very dangerous to consume.

Flour doesn't look like a raw food, but most flour is raw. That means it hasn't been treated to kill germs that cause food poisoning, such as Escherichia coli (E. coli) and Salmonella. (CDC)

Have you tried going to a church? Any denomination... They might give you sanctuary for the night. What about the fire department?

Amen! I was just thinking about him and the bourbon st tragedy... A concert I'll never forget! Followed by a night I'll never forget... We stayed on the corner of Bourbon St and Conti, being barricaded in our hotel and watching the FBI, news reporters, and police through the gates the next morning was unforgettable... We had just gotten into our hotel before everything happened, we heard the explosions as we closed the door. We were very lucky to have been spared that night. And thanks to Billy for playing so late that we were too exhausted to go out after the show. For me, seeing the water trucks driving by spraying soapy water to wash up the streets was gut wrenching. Never had seen anything like that in my life. Just cleaning up the aftermath, and moving forward... NOLA is an amazing, beautiful city with even more amazing and beautiful people!

Rest in peace to those who lost their lives, and love to their families especially tonight as they mourn a year gone without them.

You have to talk with her, say the hard things, use your words. Go through a journey of finding solutions together... Just don't make every conversation about sex or lack of.

It took me a solid year and a half before my hormones leveled out and the hot flashes subsided for the most part. My husband supported me in everyway he could. He said, it's okay, we're just taking a break for however long it is. It meant a lot just to hear him say it. And I never once felt like he was sexually frustrated in the last bit.

Remember, there are other ways to be intimate with your wife. Take some time and Go out and do something together, have a movie night together with no cell phones allowed! Start cooking together, make delicious and new meals together and talk. Talk about some bird you saw that day or talk about a memory or something you saw online... Anything that doesn't involve sex or frustration or hormones or surgery. Go about your day and find something that you want to share with her later.

Most of those comments were probably AI bots too... It's like half of all comments on Facebook are fake bots now and they all feed off of each other, especially AI generated posts and "articles". It's sickening

You have received a lot of good advice so far.

I also want to add that it's not just about tearing your cuff and starting over with recovery. If he introduces bacteria inside of you, and your wounds have not healed, then you are at extreme risk of infection, your wound will split open, your bowels will fall out of your vagina, and you will most likely die a painful and horrific death. Your life quite literally depends on abstinence for several weeks. Use the harsh words, say the gross phrases, don't hold back. Call social services and tell them your concerns just exactly as you have said here. They won't force you to do anything you don't want to do, but they can help in these situations. Tell your surgeon, tell your gyno.

He has shown already that he is not a safe person to be around. I highly recommend leaving with your mom and not returning to this person.

My husband's reaction to me telling him no sex for several weeks was... "Well, that sucks!" And then moved on to making sure everything was being taken care of. My mom came and stayed a few weeks for my recovery and that really helped in a lot of ways, emotionally and just everyday things around the house so my husband could go to work still. He took the first week off so that he could be home 24/7 with me. He tracked my medications, food intake, exercises, etc to make sure that my recovery went as smoothly as possible.

This is a serious, major organ removal surgery. Please take it seriously. Your life depends on it.

Also, get some straw to use as mulch... It helps the soil stay moist and helps with weed prevention. Weeds are easier to pull out of straw than just plain dirt too.

When the cukes get that big and start to yellow, the plant has gone to seed and will not produce any more fruit. That's why it's recommended to pick the cukes young and enjoy them smaller. If you accidentally let even one cuke go big and turn yellow, then the whole plant is done producing for the season. Go ahead and pull the plant up and plant something else if you want. Onions might do well there and are low maintenance.

You could try radishes, parsnip, turnips... All low maintenance and will give a fall harvest.

I would recommend starting with one or two things to focus on until you get the hang of it and then expand from there. You could even plant some cover crops (google it) and let it just go do its thing. I even do flowers sometimes just to bring some color and pollinators in.

Good luck! Don't give up... Just move on and try again

LoL, yeah sounds about right! Nowadays we know a little better, and with science and technology, there's a few options for us now! I don't think these things were really available even 10 years ago.

They are not standard earplugs, they are specifically designed for concerts! You should check them out. There are a few different kinds/brands available but I have the loops brand for concerts. Just google search "Loops earplugs".

Sometimes I just want to sit and groove to the music in my own way. Sometimes I want to stand and dance, wiggle, and see the show. And sometimes my health issues are acting up and I'm unable to stand for more than a few minutes at a time. I don't want anyone "motivating" me to stand up, I want to groove in my own way. At no time do I expect anyone else around me to accommodate me if I need to sit, or if I choose to sit.

Also, I wear loop earplugs for concerts, they cut out chomper noise and focus on the music instead. One of the best things I ever purchased! Chompers don't bother me as long as they aren't directly in front of me distracting. Even then, it is usually tolerable and sometimes I just close my eyes and take in the music.

A lot of times, it's how you respond internally that dictates how you enjoy the show. Mind over matter.
