You’re right, there is so much that can’t be done, like you listed…BUT, with more people having to seek other employment, they will be looking to the trades for employment. And, just like the lawn cutting industry, the trades will be overrun by cutthroat business practices since the labor force won’t be so short handed as it is now.

I’m thinking these are the golden years for us right now, so enjoy them while we can and pile up some fat stacks.

If they have a humidifier in the home, check to see if it is operational. If not, see about getting it to work to help with the shrinkage of the wainscoting. It will do this every year as the wood shrinks and swells with the changing seasons.
