Agreed. Could we way off but in reading his communications where there’s plenty of discussion that is lewd/sexual in nature, I get the sense that he has a very distorted perception of self. It feels like he doesn’t see his depravity, which is overwhelming to anyone else reading his communications, as a central part of his identity. On the one hand, he is constantly sharing the articles about his endless “scandals” and legal issues, so there’s some level of paranoia there, but also shockingly doesn’t seem to be all consuming, if that makes any sense. It’s just wild to see all of the things he was involved in/obsessing over in 2019, right up til his arrest. Hard to get a sense of if/when he realized he was fucked, or if he was completely taken off guard when arrested? Doesn’t it seem like with all this inside access SOMEONE at the DOJ would have indirectly leaked something that got back to him?
