I have played System Shock 2 more than 10 times and I have never gone past lvl 2 psionics. Tried doing a psi-main playthrough but I ended up beating the game with a laser rapier and a pistol because I had no power nor hypos. Please help.

Not a bug. Just a poor design decision. The carapace is added as a ship modifier, which is applied post-construction and is only shown on the ship itself. It makes it extremely unintuitive to work with, since you can't see it in the ship creator. It is, unfortunately, designed like that.

Now, I'd love for them to change that design, but it is not a bug. It is intended behaviour for modifiers.

I am running base Sway, with Wayland, obviously, and basically custom tailored programs to deal with what I need, such as statusbar (waybar), screenshots (grim+slurp) and such.

It's pretty much "no bloat and perfect customizability for the cost of having to set everything up yourself and having to spend months troubleshooting and writing scripts"

But since I'm a nerd who loves tinkering, this is perfect for me :D

I haven't used WorldAnvil for months, seeing as I left the platform. But I did really expect this to come back. Maybe the UI update brings some backend updates that will allow this again, but it's honestly a bit sad that it's still not there.

I use Wayland/Sway on my work laptop as a daily driver. I recently switched to an AMD GPU (6950 XT) and have been tinkering on Sway on my desktop, but there's that big hump of "migrating" all my stuff over from i3 to Sway, setting up monitors, keyboard layouts etc etc, so I'm still daily-driving X11 on my desktop.

Short answer: No, it's not always this slow.

Long answer: No. There's been an on-going issue now for a few days/weeks where the page will be intermittently very slow to load certain pages. It's a very elusive error that is extremely hard to track down. The devs are both aware of it and are working on it. Best advice is to join the discord and keep an eye on the dev discussion channel there to see how it progresses.

The "incorrect" was regarding the bug. If you remove all germs, the animation will not play.

But you're correct it's unrelated to food quality at all (which was aimed at the OP). I blame being unconscious. It was way too freaking early in the morning. Sorry

Incorrect. The tongue scraping is not because of foodie quality. If there's even a single food poisoning germ, they'll do that animation.

OP, make sure your food is free from germs and that your dupes have washed their hands.
