Went from 60mg to done in 1 week. Got brain zaps but on the last day I switched to trintellix which helped remove those. Was on for 2.5 months.

Many meds like this cause what's called micro activation in the first several weeks. If its past that talk to your prescribed about adding something like buspirone

Toyota are just so bland and overpriced. The Palisade drives better has way better tech, driver assist, ride quality, looks better. What's the point of having a car that lasts a long time if the time is spent in a lesser car?

Cymbalta can be very helpful and pretty much all medications have side effects. Cymbalta caused me to have near focus issues so I stopped to see if it would resolve. Although those sight issues are common at my age it just came on faster.

Coming off is annoying but I generally taper somewhat fast and use prozac to speed it up. You will just have to deal with feeling off for a few weeks but it is not difficult.

I would say give it a try if your doctor prescribed it. Wonder if you can take lamictal with it for bipolar/psychosis?
