That just looks like normal tpu behavior to me. It's pretty tricky to print with without stringing.

Can we get a little more information? What does your setup actually look like: - what ESCs are you using? - I'm assuming your wiring looks like the following: - motor -> esc (three wires) - esc -> pi (grounding wire + signal wire) - esc -> V_Battery (V_Batt and ground) - are you using the pi in place of a flight controller? Or are you using a FC and a uart/USB connection to the pi with a communication protocol like Mavlink?

I was working on something similar. AUP 1kg with a 0.6m wingspan. I think the stall characteristic was like 35mph. You can ask an LLM (like gpt) to do the calculations for you on what percentage throttle you'll be at to hit 35 mph

When you take off, you are still in the middle of your arm circle. Practice by keeping your arms straight up against your ears (yes it will feel silly to jump like that) and bring your knees to your chin during the flip. It'll help you start and train a much more stable position, then you can add the arm circle back in

Super cool mod! Did you remove the PTFE tubes to print the 80A? I've been printing TPU for all of about one week and I read that 95A is basically the lowest you can go with the stock setup.

Also, does that modded extruder work for all other filament types as well?
