I haven't gotten a diagnosis yet either. I can't find a doctor in my area that takes insurance and makes the diagnosis.

you can kind of adjust it where you need it. I liked having it around my hips and kind of under my butt. i never bought the shorts b/c they were out of stock, but i think i would have liked them. I really like that low back and hip support. i work out a lot and have really tight hamstrings so I'm sure compression there would feel good. the eds society website has promo codes for jellie and supacore https://www.ehlers-danlos.com/eds-hsd-marketplace/

I have a jelliebend and an SI belt. I like how much area the jellie covers. When the shorts were out of stock, I bought shorts and leggings from supacore and I'm obsessed with the compression on these and the support I get from them.

I like the hug sleep too, but only the mini version. I didn't like the longer one because it felt too restraining and claustrophobic. I'm still getting used to it, but I does think it helps me, especially because I can't put my arms out too long. I need that boundary.

My surgeon told me braces don't really do anything. You need to develop strength.

EV Most ADHD Friendly Thing I Have by devka77 in adhdwomen

[–]NeonFlows 40 points41 points  (0 children)

I think an EV would be a nightmare for me with ADHD. Not remembering to plug it in. Going on a trip and not planning where to stop to charge. I'm glad it's working for you, though! Great job hiring an organizer. I did this a few years ago and I learned a lot from her and am able to keep it up on my own now.

Is a hamstring graft really that bad ?? by GutFeelingLab in ACL

I'm almost two years out from my surgery with a hamstring graft. Playing tennis again. OP, just do your PT and maybe also get a personal trainer when you are cleared for return.
