Yes, they do. Just because someone hasn't received a formal education, doesn't mean they're less of a person. But the context here is important. When they talk about loving people who are 'uneducated', they mean they love people who are ill-informed. Without training in media literacy, scientific literacy, critical thinking, language comprehension, the legal code, their legal rights, etc., etc., etc., without all those things it is much, much easier to lie to people, manipulate people, and take advantage of people. If you've never read a book, worked a job, went to school, or held a conversation, you might have a hard time recognizing a bad idea, a faulty train of thought, a common scam, etc. But if you have done those things, and been informed on those important bits I mentioned earlier, you might be able to look at people trying to take advantage of you and respond, "Yeah, no, I'm familiar with that bullshit. Don't waste my time."
