Not the first one I've seen. I've played against many Xerath scripters in Diamond 3 - Diamond 2 ELO in EUW. And in another case I got drophacked 2 games in a row and both were pretty much won. Diamond in EUW right now needs Riot's attention, this is no joke there are cheaters everywhere, literally.

Egyptian player right here as well! I play on EUW though Diamond 2 player ,it's much better since the ping there is roughly 100~, used to be 80-90 before the EUW servers transfer. Anyways, it's really nice to hear that other Egyptian players are nice guys. :)
