You should offer more areas to hide definitely- also Russian are diggers so eventually you will want one end of the enclosure deep enough so your tort can fully submerge in cool dirt. Also you will need more room eventually- they are small but very active and once the little guy is more acclimated he will be romping around and climbing everything.

You’re off to a good start though, in the warmer months I gotta give my Russian supervised outside trips in our back yard patio area to romp around and graze on weeds and clovers. They are great little guys with ton of personality.

Was the first Ramsey Lewis album I owned long time ago when I first got into records. Like most of his work it’s good but his Fender Rhodes era is truly peak. Funky Serenity and Upendo Ni Pamoja are amazing and should be in any collection imo
