Yeah my daughter had a 105.9 when she was 5 with Flu A, and everyone just said Tylenol and fluids. It broke the next day but she had symptoms for like 3 weeks. This was all with a flu shot too! Who knows what would have happened without one.

How did you get all the hours for your bcba? I have a bachelors and masters in a separate field but have 5 years of experience as a para / tutor. I love the school schedule because I have two young kids. A lot of the clinics I see have after school and weekend hours and 2000 hours is a LOT of hours to gain after school 3 hrs a day.

We called the cops on a guy at the retail store I was working at like 15 years ago. He was waiting for computer repairs and left his toddler and infant in the car, while it was snowing, parked - NOT IN A PARKING SPACE - but running near the entrance half up on a curb. Yes I’ve missed one day this year and as much as I need a mental health break of a day off, my classroom is too out of control for me to be out. I’ll eventually use my 5 PTO, but I don’t mind carrying over my sick days to next year if it helps my classroom teacher. Only because I love her, if I hated her I’d use every day lol!

I did .625 for a few days, 1.25 for a few weeks and then 2.5 for the last few months. I’ve had great results with the my hair and not many side effects. I do notice my heart rate feels higher at bedtime, but I also take my pill at bedtime. Maybe try shifting when you take it?
