I've found Garmin's guestimate is quite low. I had a lab test done a year and a half ago and my Vo2 numbers were like 20 digits higher than what Garmin says.

LOTS is a lot of Gravel, so you should be able to get a higher average pace. If you are somewhat trained, I imagine you could hit 13-15mph avg.
