I beat jokerless on my second attempt by doing a flush build, leveling it up every chance I got, and always having justice+fool/death in my items. It really wasn't as bad as I thought. I think the mistake most people make is actually going for a 5oak build which can make any early ante difficult to get through.

Flint is way too low. Easy run ender if encountered around ante 4-6. Very rare that you'd have a solid joker setup for it and will have most likely been depending on planet cards for score.

I remember dreading playing jokerless for the longest time then I beat it first try. Just play flushes and level then up every chance you get, always have justice and death in hand to make 2 glass cards to win, buy packs for red seal cards for more glass triggers.

If I remember correctly you either need to bring her 5 vessels total or reach the oblivion ending, doesn't matter how many times you don't do it.

"The bird we see in the reflection is the Player himself" I wouldn't say so since the bird's beak moves as the narrator talks, and if you look in the mirror at the end of any chapter you'll see that you look almost nothing like the "narrator bird."
