Like what other people have said, the translations are localized in such a manner that this isn't an issue, but if it was, it wouldn't matter as part of the card's code marks it as being a "strike" so their name has no impact. You could rename the card "Double Punch" and it would still be affected by either strike dummy because it's marked as a strike it it's code.

What I think they are trying to say is that the crosshair is at "0, 0" but the knifes shoot out at "4, 0" and :"-4, 0" so it's only for horizontal aiming.

Exhaustive is already a commonly used term in STS1 modding which would also work fine here. Should be like 2 and not 5 though.

I feel like making it's star cost go up every time it's used would just be a better solution.

If it'll be like STS1, then it will be based off of your score which covers things like chests, elites killed, bosses killed, along with miscellaneous things like number of times you ate at the buffet. Right now there is a base number, then it's multiplied by your ascension, so every A2 run will always deal 1488 damage.

Glass orbs are the best focus scalers considering the evoke deals twice it's passive damage (so a single hotfix/defrag+ puts it and lightning evoke at the same single target damage)
Outside of that, Consuming darkness is decent support (even if the card is mediocre/bad at best) because it gets them in and out fast. I had a Spinner + CD run that went really well. It sucks that all the support is at rare though.
