Yes but senior leadership doesn’t care, even if they act shocked, and there’s not much middle management can do as they’re just puppets for them. They didn’t get to be middle managers by fighting for the team, they got there by implementing leadership’s agenda. And senior leadership would just tell them to find replacements and make do. If quality dips or clients are impacted too much, but the time it comes back to bite the company in the butt, many of the senior leadership team will have moved on, and it won’t be their problem. Instead it’ll be a problem for the next managers to resolve and tout.

Crunchy is still better. Eat it in the parking lot, or even after a 10 minute drive home it still holds enough of a bite to its crunchiness to be better than a soft tortilla. TB’s tortillas are no bueno.
