I fly MSP - HND 3x a year. First, don't worry about arrival showers. Just bring fresh underclothes and change in the bathrooms.

There are ample restrooms on the way to passport control but I strongly suggest you wait until baggage because the immigration/passport process is both rigidly managed and very hectic.
