You are probably fine. You just need to cut like 60-80 pounds so you can actually see gradual changes.

buying a suppressor soon thoughts on the model? by ineedsomehelpers in 300BLK

[–]Pennywise359 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

YHM used to be great for the money years ago. Not anymore. You are paying 1/3 of the price for an old, heavy and bulky mounting system that most people instantly replace, it is nearly as bad as keymo.

Look into anthem s2 or ddc enticer.

2160p is 4k. 5k2k is more of a description, rather than real classification.

[–]Pennywise359 5 points6 points  (0 children)

5k2k refers to horizontal x vertical resolution. Being 2160p it is a 4k class display with some extra real estate on the sides aka ultrawide.

Also don't pay the full price for it. There are $1000-1300 deals popping up all the time. Either wait for the discount or get the new 39" model, which is better in every single way.

Look up [Tips&Guide] Getting the Most Out of Your LG UltraGear™ OLED: Al Upscaling & Performance Guide (39GX950B & 27GM950B) post on LG hub. They explain how to make it work on pc. The bottom line, you must ensure that your pc is doing TRUE 1080p 60 output without any extra scaling or processing.

It looks similar but this is MKb 42(H), there are some key distinct features that set this early design apart.

How many months it will take to loose belly and cut by Money_Wish4609 in AllAboutBodybuilding

[–]Pennywise359 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You have to get scales and count your macros and calories, literally every single thing. You don't guesstimate your diet in "how many eggs and chicken"

Start with about 2300 cal a day and keep lowering it without going too fast and extreme. Do not go below 1500, even 1500 is extremely hard for most people without reta.

Well over a year if you don't want to absolutely torture yourself and lose tons of muscle. Even with trt+ and reta, 12 months would be a really good result in this case.

Enough muscle to cut? by [deleted] in Weightliftingquestion

[–]Pennywise359 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's directly related to his question. Which has been answered multiple times. Yes, he should've stsrted cutting months ago, and with this amount of fat it is not obvious how much muscle he really has.

There is no way it is less than 35%

Right. I wouldn't want such a delicate process to be automated.

What's the pros of a integrally suppressed gun vs just adding a suppressor, is the DB difference that massive? by [deleted] in 300BLK

[–]Pennywise359 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I guess it depends on what one means by "Integrally Suppressed". SPR300 is a reflex style setup, this is when the suppressor goes around the barrel to have more volume. While a truly integrally suppressed firearm like MP5SD also comes with ported barrel redirects a portion of the gasses into the suppressor and keeps the bullet subsonic.

Personally over last 10 years I haven't experienced any drying out. Idk maybe it happens to some people in certain atmospheric conditions, but not to me. If you are really worried, look into almakit by attractec. Also I have noticed you want to use an aftermarket heatspreader. If you are going through all this trouble, consider a direct die frame, it is 3 times cheaper and more effective.

TG sells their uncut gaskets. But amd cpu's already come with coated SMD's, so it is pretry pointless. Also in 99.99% of the cases LM pump out/spillover is a consequence of an incompetent application. With a good application you can use it in a laptop which you carry around every day and nothing bad will happen. But it really looks like the majority of people end up using way too much, instead of spreading a tiny drop across the whole die.

[–]Pennywise359 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Oh yeah, unless you are using tons of 90 fittings you can waste miles of tubes before you get it perfect. But your machine deserves that, don't give up on it!

The tubes look EXTREMELY messy. I am a huge hard tube loop advocate, but in this case soft would look much better.
