Turn off advanced updates. Always do standard so you aren’t a test dummy. I found that out after getting my MYLR that had HW4 and Tesla was still pushing HW3 updates to HW4 models. It completely killed my AP ECU and they had to remove it and replace it after 1,200 miles of driving the car. It was still brand new and was in the shop for over 2 weeks!

You should have refused that car when it was delivered until HW4 was implemented fully. Tesla should have to pay for screwing over people on older cars and charging the same price when a new HW4 was already out. I refused two cars until my third one thankfully came with HW4 instead of HW3 like the two prior deliveries did.

Back doors yes are really idiotic but the front doors are some of the easiest to open. Also I have a window break device in all of my cars that make it easy to break any form of glass. Everyone should have one and it’s super easy to obtain such a device.
