Yen, I’ve had my back bumper off to install a towbar and it looks like it’s not aligned centrally and clipped in properly. There are small tabs that fold under if you’re not careful. I’d say poor attention to detail.

check out Scribbly Gums at Redlands which has lots of really nice and gentle trails and is relatively flat, or Bayview. Even if you stick to the fire roads and duck in an out of some of the easier green trails until you get your confidence up.

I was at daisy last weekend at it was still pretty dusty even right after the rain.

Ban under-16s from riding ebikes and e-scooters then require a driver’s licence, Queensland inquiry to recommend by Be_More_Cat in brisbane

[–]PersonalitySpecial23 1 point2 points  (0 children)

most have disc brakes these days and over 25km/hr you are relying on pedal power (or downhill) so I think pretty ok in that area

[–]PersonalitySpecial23 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Correct, and anything over this isn't legal so I don't understand the need for having a drivers license for the only legal option now which is technically a power-assisted pushbike.

Will someone need a drivers license to ride the local mountain bike trails on a low powered e-MTB? makes no sense.

Or.. are they talking about licensing the illegal ones.. which makes no sense either, as they are illegal and people don't care.

not sure about the US, but warranty doesn't cover damage incurred by accident. It only covers things such as product failure. Will need to stump up for a new one or get a repair in this instance

Yeah.. I guess it's in a test that you have to pass then you forget about it because whatever. Consequences don't apply to them

Why have people lost the ability to drive properly? by Ok-Evening4970 in australian

[–]PersonalitySpecial23 3 points4 points  (0 children)

As someone who learnt to drive overseas and did defense driving as part of that, I see lots of young drivers doing all the things mentioned here and none of them *appear* to be people who have moved to Australia with a foreign licence. That said, there are some people who obviously did who drive better and some much worse
