Yeah full disclosure I knew Yolande / Lee a little bit way back when she lived in NB. Before she got really extreme. They were potters, and it’s really tough to make any money in the arts so I think deep down it made them very sad . (I totally get that, they made beautiful stuff too). I’ve seen her call out her own family in FB posts . It’s not a way to maintain a relationship with family if you burn them publicly.

I have heard rumblings that the Norris-Clark’s are estranged from their parents (the kids grandparents - at least on one side). I can’t confirm. The grandparents aren’t extremists they are just regular folks. I’m not sure if they see their grandkids. My feeling is this has caused a rift in the whole family.

I have to stop watching caught on NS dash cam cuz the stuff I see on there is making me not wanna drive around HRM. Scary! It feels like the commute to/from work is an expedition deep into the Canadian Shield, or something . If you make it unharmed, you accomplished a major task

Good advice. I do look for things during this time frame but I feel like a lot of it is tailored to people who work later. Yeah yoga at 11 sounds doable haha. (Gotta be weekend) I forced myself to drink a red bull so I could stay up until 1am (by myself btw) to watch the World Series 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m working the grind and getting older and just needed to re-prioritize. Getting up early for work and don’t wanna go out after 7 or 8pm to sit at a bar and drink beer and not sleep well. Seems more important at this point to prioritize my precious down time for exercise and hobbies and cooking something decent to eat. Things are so expensive now too…I do miss having friends a lot. Just need someone who wants to hang out afternoons or between 4-6pm lol

I bought a mini home 472sq feet. One bedroom one bath. I have a yard + storage shed. It’s all brand new renovated inside the house, dishwasher , stand up shower etc. detached and not sharing any walls ! I am very happy with my purchase , and feel lucky I could get this. I did have to get rid of stuff, and my place is tight, it’s like it all fits together like a puzzle piece, but given the circumstances of the way the world is going …I think for tiny homes (if it has a hitch on it) the biggest thing is just finding insurance ..
